Outpatient Therapy Sessions
Individual Therapy Sessions
Have you found yourself wondering why life just doesn’t seem to work for you? Maybe you feel disconnected in your relationships with others or like you can’t focus on your career. Our therapists at Desert Solace Outpatient are specially trained to help you gain insight and skills to move forward after pain or stress in a healthier way.

What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy (sometimes referred to as “psychotherapy” or “counseling”) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a licensed therapist—in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, fears, beliefs, or behaviors, work through difficult or influential memories, recognize aspects of their lives that they would like to work on, better understand themselves and others and work toward beneficial transformation.
People participate in therapy for a variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to managing relationships in a healthier way, to simply achieving personal growth and greater self-knowledge. A client and therapist may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the client’s specific needs and personal goals for therapy. Our therapists are compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. We believe that you are the expert of your own life and are genuinely interested in your experiences and your aspirations. Each therapy session is specifically tailored for you, as an individual, and we work hard to collaborate with and support you.
